FAQ'S

• What age range are your Quests designed for? We typically say 10 years plus, but younger players will still have fun. The family version of our game is easier to succeed in by providing your team with more help.
• What is the maximum team size? We normally say six people, but this is not a hard a fast rule if additional people above this are children.
• How do we know how well we have done? Our Quests are either scored, or you will be judged on how many of the final objectives you achieve.  Either way we publish post event results tables, which we will put up on our Facebook page and website.
• Do winning teams win prizes? Each Quest is different, but under normal circumstances prizes are not awarded.
• Do your events take place outdoors? Normally yes, so please come prepared for the weather forecast on the day.
• Do we need to bring anything with us? We ask that at least one person per team has a charged mobile phone with a compass app working. This will be used to help with the navigation element of our Quests. We have a small number of compasses people can borrow, but availability is not guaranteed. 
• How do I know when to start on the day of the Quest? We will provide you with Quest day information in the run up to the event taking place. This will include your start time if there is one, advice on parking and anything you need to bring with you.
• How do I pay? Payment information will be included in your welcome to the Quest email, you should receive when booking, or registering to play. If we are taking payment on the day then this can be by card or cash.
